Graduates of Father Judge High School and Northeast Catholic High School

When Northeast Catholic High School closed in June of 2010, all records were sent to Father Judge High School.

Graduates may request a replacement of their high school diploma by completing a Copy of Diploma Request Form, then mailing the form along with the $40.00 fee to the address below. Please make check or money order payable to "Father Judge High School." Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
