Science and Engineering Apprenticeship Program (SEAP):
SEAP places high school students in Department of Navy (DoN) laboratories where they take part in real Naval research for eight weeks during the summer. This is an eight-week paid internship program with a stipend payment of $4,000.

- Green Estates Lawn Sprinkler, Inc:
Certified experts in the design, installation, and maintenance of Irrigation systems. Serving residential, commercial, athletic fields, Cityscapes, and landscape markets. Projects have included systems for major real estate developers and builders, apartment complexes and malls, the City of Philadelphia and Federal Parks, University and High School athletic fields, State highways, and post-construction stormwater mitigation projects.
About You: We’re looking for hard-working entry-level laborers who can perform physical labor and the interested in learning plumbing, hydraulics, low-voltage electrical circuitry, and wiring associated with our trade. Knowledge of these systems is a plus. Must be 18+. A current driver’s license is a plus. Although seasonal, we also have snow removal contracts in Winter with increased compensation. A snow day is a payday!
This skillset could lead to permanent employment at Green Estates, a golf course, the City Parks Department, Irrigation or plumbing distributors, and landscaping positions.
