Former students of Father Judge High School and Northeast Catholic High School

When Northeast Catholic High School closed in June of 2010, all records were sent to Father Judge High School.

Alumni may request a copy of their high school transcript by completing a Transcript Request Form and then mailing it in with the required $5.00 fee. Your application, once received, will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow a turnaround time of 7 to 10 business days.

• Required fee – $5 check or money order made payable to “Father Judge High School”

Please note: The Transcript Fee is waived for all military, police, and firemen.
