FACTS Aid Process 2025-2026
All current or prospective Father Judge Families must have a FACTS financial aid application on file with FACTS. Mrs. Kathie Gibson, the Father Judge Financial Aid Officer, can walk all parents through the FACTS Aid process; complete the financial aid application in full, answer all your questions, and post your Federal IRS tax information to the FACTS website.

Renewal aid applications for FJ students must be completed by December 31, 2025

Deadline to complete the application for Financial Aid
2024 Federal Tax returns 1040 & W2s must be posted to FACTS. If you do not have a 1040, please have copies of all supporting documentation for household Non-taxable Income such as: Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
The facts application fee for 2026-2027 is $35.00

Once again, please email [email protected] for a phone appointment. New applicants or renewals can be completed by phone with Mrs. Gibson within 20-30 minutes. Please ensure you have your username and password for FACTS before your phone appointment. Parents should be aware of their expenses, including mortgage, utility bills, rent, healthcare costs, credit card debt, insurance, and car payments. We at Father Judge can upload all tax forms for you
Please make sure to apply or renew for your aid. No aid, scholarship or grants will be renewed if the FACTS 2026-2027 application is not complete. Note No Application, No Renewals.
