HVAC - R Program Instructor

Mr. Joseph Bain brings a strong blend of technical experience, instructional expertise, and alumni pride in his role within the Father Judge Career Pathways Program. A proud graduate of Father Judge High School, Mr. Bain continued his training at Pennco Tech, where he studied both Automotive Technology and HVAC-R.

After completing his education, Mr. Bain gained hands-on experience working in both the automotive and HVAC-R industries. He developed a solid foundation working in residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC settings as well as automotive diagnostics and repair. Four years after graduating, he returned to Pennco Tech as an instructor, teaching both Automotive and HVAC-R for over six years. His teaching career allowed him to help students build confidence, develop technical skills, and prepare for success in the workforce.

 

Mr. Bain’s background, combining high-level student achievement, field experience, and years of teaching, brings valuable insight into the Father Judge Career Pathways Program. His instruction focuses on practical learning, safety, real-world troubleshooting, and preparing students for certifications, apprenticeships, and entry-level positions in the trades. He aims to challenge students while providing the support they need to reach their goals.

Returning to Father Judge as an educator holds special meaning for Mr. Bain. He strives to pass on the values he learned as a student, including discipline, community, and the importance of Catholic education. His goal is to help students graduate confidently, skilled, and ready for long-term success in the trades.
