FJ STUDENT PERMISSION FORM: Homecoming Dance 10.29

Dear Students & Parents,

Father Judge High School is excited to host our 2026 Homecoming Dance on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 7:30–10:30 PM in the Father Judge High School Fox Gym.

This year’s Homecoming Dance will have a Las Vegas theme and will be a fun way to kick off Homecoming Weekend before the Crusaders take on Cardinal O’Hara on Friday evening.

The evening will feature hors d’oeuvres, desserts, a DJ, photobooth, professional photos, walking magician, and casino-style games, including poker, blackjack, roulette, craps, and more. All casino games are for entertainment purposes only, with no real-money gambling taking place.

The Homecoming Dance is a semi-formal date dance open to Father Judge students in all grades. Tickets are $60 per couple. Students are encouraged to attend with a date; however, Father Judge students who would like to attend without a date may purchase an individual ticket for $40.

Students and guests should dress in appropriate semi-formal attire suitable for a Catholic high school event. Tickets are limited, get yours quickly!

As with all Father Judge functions, all school policies regarding student behavior and conduct remain in effect throughout the evening. Students are responsible for the conduct of their guests. We ask parents/guardians and students to discuss appropriate behavior and expectations before signing and submitting this permission form.

To ensure that all students and guests are accounted for, please complete these fields as permission to attend when purchasing with all accurate information necessary to secure your ticket. Student dates will have separate permission slips that are virtual.

The health and safety of our students and guests remain a top priority. Father Judge High School may administer a breathalyzer test at any time during the evening in accordance with school policy and Universal Health Precautions.

Space is limited. Please purchase tickets by Friday October 16th. NO PAYMENT FOR TICKETS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16th. THIS IS THE FINAL DAY TO PURCHASE TICKETS.
