JUNIOR CLASS TRIP

Dear Students & Parents,

The Junior Class of 2028 will be attending a field trip to the Museum of the American Revolution on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, located at 101 S. Third Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. This special opportunity will allow students to explore American history through interactive exhibits, historical artifacts, and guided tours, including The Declaration’s Journey and Washington’s War Tent. We look forward to providing our juniors with a meaningful educational experience outside the classroom.

Students will depart Father Judge immediately following 1st period by school-arranged transportation. We expect to return around 8th period. Students are expected to wear their full uniform, bring a packed lunch, and represent Father Judge with pride and respect. Students are responsible for completing all missed assignments and classwork. Admission for students has been generously covered through museum scholarship funding. We look forward to a great day with the Class of 2028!

I give permission for my son to participate in the Father Judge High School-sponsored field trip described above. I understand that this is a school-sponsored activity taking place outside the regular school environment. I authorize my son to travel to and from the field trip using the transportation arrangements approved by Father Judge High School. I understand that my son must remain with the group and may not leave the activity or arrange alternate transportation without prior school approval. I understand that all Father Judge High School rules, policies, and behavioral expectations remain in effect during this field trip. My son is expected to follow directions from faculty and chaperones, demonstrate appropriate behavior, and represent Father Judge High School respectfully. In the event of an illness, injury, or medical emergency, I authorize school personnel to seek appropriate emergency medical assistance for my son. I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me as soon as possible and that I am responsible for medical expenses not covered by insurance. I understand that participation in field trips may involve ordinary risks associated with transportation, travel, walking, and activities outside of the school building. I acknowledge these risks and voluntarily authorize my son to participate. I understand that Father Judge High School will provide reasonable supervision and take appropriate safety precautions.
