Marine Biology & Oceanography Club

The Marine Biology & Oceanography Club inspires and educates future marine biologists and scientists. It provides a setting where like-minded students can share their passion for marine biology and oceanography, exploring topics outside the standard curriculum. Students engage in a variety of hands-on activities relating to the oceans and marine wildlife including dissections, ship haul design challenges, shark tracking, bathymetry, and documentaries. Members participate in discussions about major issues related to the ocean and marine life as well as outreach efforts, letter campaigns, and other activities aimed at raising awareness of the ever-growing problems facing the World's oceans
