PATRICK S. MCGONIGAL '81 CENTER FOR FITNESS AND WELLNESS
The McGonigal Center for Fitness and Wellness at Father Judge High School is a comprehensive programming initiative comprising of after school intramural leagues, fitness programming, wellness seminars and nutrition education. The Fitness Center in the Mitchell Athletic Center (MAC) is open daily after school from 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM (Mon-Thu) and closed on Friday. All students who use the MAC after school must bring a change of clothes and store their belongings in a daily locker.
Intramural Leagues take place every day after school in the Mitchell Activity Center. Whenever intramural leagues are not in season, the MAC will be open for students to play basketball, soccer and other activities.
All intramural programs take place on campus at Father Judge High School utilizing their athletic facilities

Intramural programs include ultimate frisbee, wiffleball, indoor soccer, flag football, basketball, and team building activities in nearby Pennypack Park. Fitness Programming takes place every day after school in the MAC. The weight room and fitness center is open to the entire student body until 4:30 PM (Mon-Thu). Aside from general fitness hours, the Athletic Department is announcing the "Iron Crusader Competition", which is an elite fitness competition for athletes who are at their fitness and wellness peak. To gain membership in the elite "Iron Crusader Club", you must complete a set of fitness standards. Anyone interested in more information or for details, please
