ABOUT THE 2008 CRUSADER CLUB

Each student recieves  ten (10) tickets. On the larger part of the tickets is listed the cash prizes offered over the five week duration of the drive.   Each ticket costs twenty dollars ($20) which must  be paid in full in cash or by check.  Payment must be made prior to the 7:30 weekly drawing in the cafeteria.

Payments can be made on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesday during lunch periods and on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM.

When returning your payment, you must also complete a “B” FORM to be handed in with your payment. See the sample on the other side of this paper for an idea of how to complete one. Simply record the number of the ticket, the first and last name of the person who bought it, and the payment made on each individual ticket.

All students must sell a minimum of the 6 tickets in full. Students who do not participate will have the Crusader Club Fee ($120.00 or the amount not sold) added to your financial statement (See school handbook page 19)

A SPECIAL BONUS! – Any student who sells 8 tickets will be issued a CRUSADER DAY-OFF CARD. Any student who sells 10  tickets (paid in full) will be given another CRUSADER DAY-OFF CARD.  This is a change in practice from previous years.   These cards may be used any day (some restrictions apply) except the day a major test is scheduled or a major project is due. To take a CRUSADERHOLIDAY, you need to turn in your day-off card to room 102 the day before you plan to take off.

ADDITIONAL CASH PRIZES will be awarded at the conclusion of the drive to the top five students who sold in full 15 or more tickets.

If there are any questions, please contact the Student Affairs Office (Room 102).  Many thanks for your participation in helping the school to raise money and offer more activities!
