Transcripts
In order to receive a transcript of your grades from Father Judge you must do the following:
By Mail - Send a note with your name, address, year of graduation and Social Security number plus the name and address of the school or place of employment that you want the official transcript mailed to. (An official transcript with seal cannot be mailed to the graduate)
Cost $3 for an official transcript (with seal). $2 for an unofficial transcript (no seal).
In Person - You may also apply for a transcript in the school office. We have a form that requests all the above information.
New Diplomas
We do not have diplomas on file. We must send for a new one (8 to 10 weeks) and it will have the signature of the present Principal.
If you want a new diploma, please send a note with your name, (exactly how you want it to appear on the diploma) your year of graduation, present address and phone number and a check for $25.00.
